Once you have made contact - whether electronically, by telephone or via a letter - the patient managers will draw up an individual cost estimate and a treatment contract for you. Once you have signed the treatment contract and paid the necessary deposit you will receive your detailed programme with treatment dates.
The patient manager:
welcome you upon your arrival at the hospital
help you to organise your travel and accommodation
supports you during your stay in hospital (arranges translation services, visa extensions, etc.)
help you in planning your departure, any possible recuperation measures and your return journey
